ATEX ITALY: Borgo Ticino Plant

For the design and production of its sophisticated meltblowns and composite materials, Atex SpA opened a new production plant at Borgo Ticino (Novara), north of Milan near Lake Maggiore in 2002. As a result, Atex has extended its own production in relation to growing demand and company penetration of new markets. Its flexibility means that the plant can produce pure meltblown nonwovens as well as composites with up to three layers using a number of carriers.
