Spunlace technology is at the core of BCNonwovens’ manufacturing expertise. This technology enables BCN to produce materials that combine softness, strength, absorbency, and versatility for a broad range of applications.
BCN’s manufacturing capabilities allow materials to be developed using different fiber compositions, structures, weights, and finishes to achieve specific performance characteristics. Through continued investment in technology and product development, BCN works closely with customers to create customized spunlace solutions that address evolving performance, application, and market requirements.
Quality is integrated throughout BCNonwovens’ manufacturing and development processes. From raw-material selection through production and final product evaluation, established quality controls help ensure consistency, reliability, and performance while supporting the specific requirements of customers and end-use applications.
BCN maintains internationally recognized quality and management standards and places a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, process control, product safety, and regulatory compliance.
